Anti-Drug Committee

Formed to create a drug-free campus by preventing the use of drugs and promoting awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse among students and staff. The body mainly consists of a Chairman (Principal), and faculty.

Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Cell works at both department and institution level. The aim is to ensure that the campus is free from grievances and to provide an effective mechanism for redressal.

Discipline Committee

Women Development Cell

To empower women in the institution by promoting gender equity, creating awareness on women's rights, and building a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all, a WDC is working in the college. It includes Chairperson (Principal), Convener (Senior Woman Faculty) and Faculty Members.

Scholarship Cell

It mainly works to identify, inform, guide, and assist eligible students in availing various government, private, and institutional scholarships, thereby promoting inclusivity, equity, and access to education. It consists of Chairperson (Principal), Scholarship Nodal Officer and Department Representatives.

The National Service Scheme (NSS)

The National Service Scheme (NSS) aims to involve students in community service activities and promote social responsibility. Through NSS, students are encouraged to contribute to the welfare of society while developing leadership skills, empathy, and a sense of civic duty. It includes NSS Program Officer, NSS Leader, and Student Volunteers.

Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) Cell

To plan, implement, monitor, and improve the internal assessment process in a systematic and transparent manner to ensure academic fairness and promote continuous student learning. It consists of Coordinator (Senior Faculty Member), Faculty Representatives (Members from each department), IQAC Nominee, and Administrative Staff.

Campuses of Kozhikode(CoK)

The "Campuses of Kozhikode" program is a district-level initiative in Kozhikode, Kerala, that aims to connect educational institutions with the community. It focuses on social inclusion and promotes collaboration, diversity, and community engagement through various activities. The program also focuses on environmental conservation and sustainable development practices on campuses. It consists of Coordinator, Student Representatives, and Student Volunteers.

Student Grievance Redressal Cell(SGRC)

The Grievance Redressal Cell in the college, is a vital component of the college’s, administrative framework, designed to address and resolve complaints, concerns and grievances of students. The cell provides a platform for the students of the college to report their grievances and ensure that they are heard, investigated and resolved in fair and timely manner. The GRC is functioning in department level also. Departmental concerns of students can be addressed through DGRC.

Alumnae Cell

To strengthen the bond between former students and the institution, fostering a lifelong relationship that contributes to the academic, social, and professional development of the college community, the Alumnae Cell is actively working in the college. It consists of Chairperson (Principal), Convener / Coordinator, Faculty Representatives, President (Elected Alumna), Vice-President (Alumna), Secretary (Alumna), Joint Secretary (Alumna or Faculty), Treasurer (Alumna / Faculty) and Executive Members (Alumnae from different batches/departments).

Internal Quality Assurance Cell(IQAC)

Internal Quality Assurance Cell is a key body in the college, set up based on guidelines from NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). It is formed for designing and implementing quality benchmarks, facilitating a learner-centric environment, arranging feedback from students, faculty, alumni, etc., and documenting various programs/activities. It includes the Head of the Institution (Chairperson), office superintendent, Faculty Members, Management Representative, Nominee from local body, students, alumni, and the Coordinator or Director of IQAC.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prohibition) Act, 2013, every institution must constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to redress complaints and promote awareness. This body is constituted to provide a safe, secure, and dignified environment for all students and staff, especially women, by preventing and addressing complaints related to sexual harassment on campus. It mainly consists of a Presiding Officer (a senior woman faculty member), Faculty Members (2–3 members from different departments), Administrative Staff (1 female non-teaching staff) and External Member (NGO/legal representative with expertise in women’s issues).

Anti Ragging Committee

According to UGC, " Any act that violates the dignity of a student through teasing, harassment, humiliation, physical/psychological abuse, or forced activity that causes embarrassment, pain, or fear " will be considered as ragging. This body is formed to ensure a ragging-free environment within the institution by promoting awareness, vigilance, and strict enforcement of anti-ragging rules as per UGC regulations. The body includes Chairman (Principal), Convener, faculty, and student representative
