The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college works, both at the department and institution level. The aim of the committee is to ensure that the campus is free from grievances. The purpose of the committee is to look into the complaints received from any student or staffs as per priority. The cell works with the aim to develop an environment assured of justice and fairness in the campus. The committee comprises an incharge person and senior teachers of the college nominated by the Principal. The Cell gives the students a mechanism for redressal of grievances regarding Internal/External Examination, Grievances regarding Election/Ragging and General Matters.

OBJECTIVES

• To ensure that the officials of the College is approachable, accountable and courteous towards the students and uphold harmony on the campus

• To provide fast and effective solution of student’s grievances in an non- discriminatory and just manner

• To implement an effective mechanism to submit grievances of the students concerning infrastructure and support services.

• To develop a transparent mechanism for interaction between students and staff to collect information regarding any grievances.
